Each grade level has developed their own weighting system for determining final grades. The document below details the weighting system for each grade level as well as for specific subject areas. Student schedules with grades will be turned off June 15, 2010 - Aug 16, 2010. The 2009-10 final grades will be in Course History. All other parts will be available. Assessment scores will be added as we receive them through the summer. Parents, The Gwinnett Parent Portal is the go-to source for information about your child and his or her academic career. From the portal you can access key school information, safely and securely, anytime from anyplace.Please follow the steps below to sign up for the new (02/2010) GCPS Parent Portal. How to sign up: 1. Review Parent Portal Flyer 2. Review Parent Portal Video 3. Review Common Questions 4. Fill out Parent Portal Registration Sheet and bring back to school in person (This form will need to be validated and signed by a legal guardian or parent, and then turned into the school to validate. You will then receive an e-mail from the county with a token. You will need to copy and paste this token into the online registration site (see below) to complete your registration. 5. You will receive an e-mail from county requesting you to complete registration via the Parent Portal Website (look for “Register a New Account”). 6. Sign in to the Parent Portal Site (https://go2.gwinnett.k12.ga.us/) and view your child’s grades.
